When something isn't right
RETURNS
BTWNTHESHEETS accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with tags or barrier seals intact
Items that arrive damaged or have been opened or used are not eligible for a return. If an opened or used item is submitted, a refund will be issued at BTWNTHESHEETS's discretion.
All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email us at orders@btwnthesheets.com with your order number and details about your return. Our team will respond with instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund at the market rate for your return package.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
Due to our curated and limited assortment, we do not offer exchanges. Items may sell out while your return is in transit and being processed. We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order for the correct item on our website.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been accepted or denied. This process may take up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking shows delivered.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at orders@btwnthesheets.com with a description of the issue and photos.
We will make it right.
